Assets are investments of commodities that yield growth. Liabilities are expenditures that cause continual loss. What kind of relationships are you surrounded by?

Get To Know

A.P. Williams brings 30 years of military and Federal Government experience in leadership development and team building.

Over the years, Mr. Williams has held positions such as Security Advisor, Sensitive Support Program Manager, and Deputy Director of Security Programs. All of which centered around the protection of sensitive/classified information and assets, while provided oversight and guidance through helping others develop leadership and critical thinking skills.

Throughout this journey, Mr. Williams acquired an unquenchable thirst to learn, grow and share. As such, he decided to embark upon a new path. In early 2021, he made the decision to establish Nxt Lvl Development, LLC. As the CEO & owner, Mr. Williams operates within three (3) dynamic areas of focus to assist clients in reaching their potential. Nxt Lvl Development provides professional coaching, teaching, and speaking. Each of which is tailored to the specific needs of clientele. Nxt Lvl Development was created on the premise that everyone is unfinished and a work in progress. Each client has the right to unabridged growth and awareness based on who they are.

A.P. Williams is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education in Criminal Justice from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Arts in Executive Security Management from the American Military University.
